Technical Support Engineer

Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree/Diploma in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering.
  • Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS.
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication.

Field Technician

  • Oversee installation of radios and equipment at Cell sites
  • Perform Site Surveys, document findings, submit to Project Head
  • Perform quality control checklist to ensure site is fully commissioned
  • Troubleshoot sites with appropriate equipment (spectrum analyzers, software tools)
  • Replace/upgrade radios per direction of Project Head
  • Other project related tasks as dictated by Project Head
Qualifications and Experience
  • Diploma in Electronics & Communication
  • 3+ years experience in Microwave, RF communications, Cellular, Broadband industries
  • General understanding of RF principles
  • Experience with RF and network troubleshooting equipment
  • Broad experience across wireless technologies and equipment vendors
